Comprehensive Legal Strategy Session

Service Description

Our Comprehensive Legal Strategy session is for individuals, businesses, and organizations seeking substantive legal advice regarding a specific matter. Unlike our complimentary 30-minute consultation, this session goes beyond determining whether your matter is a good fit for the firm and provides legal analysis, strategic guidance, and recommended next steps. During the session, we will review relevant facts and concerns, identify potential legal issues and risks, discuss available options and strategies, answer substantive legal questions, and provide guidance on how to move forward. Fee: The consultation is offered at a flat fee of $500, payable in advance. Agreement & Limited-Scope Representation: By scheduling and paying for a Comprehensive Legal Strategy Consultation with Just Law LLC, you agree that: 1. The consultation is a limited-scope legal engagement for the purpose of receiving legal advice and strategic guidance regarding the matter identified when scheduling. Representation is limited to the scheduled consultation. 2. You may submit relevant documents in advance. Any document review is limited to what is reasonably necessary to prepare for the consultation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the engagement does not include drafting or revising documents, additional legal research, negotiations, communications with third parties, filings, court appearances, or other legal services. 3. Just Law LLC's representation and the attorney-client relationship end at the conclusion of the scheduled consultation. The firm has no continuing obligation to provide advice, monitor deadlines, take action, or follow up regarding your matter. If you would like additional legal services, you may request continued representation. Additional representation is subject to the firm's acceptance of the matter, any required conflict review, and execution of a separate Retainer/Fee Agreement outlining the scope and fees. Rescheduling & Cancellation: Consultations may be rescheduled at no additional charge with at least 48 hours' notice by contacting Just Law LLC at or using our online scheduling system. Cancellations made more than two business days before the consultation will be refunded, less applicable nonrefundable payment-processing fees. By booking and paying for this consultation, you acknowledge and accept the limited scope of representation, fee, and cancellation terms described above.
